Zoran Drvenkar, Author

Zoran Drvenkar, author of Tell Me What You See, was born in Croatia in 1967, and moved to Berlin with his parents at the age of three. He has worked as a fulltime author since 1989, and now lives in a renovated corn mill near the German capital. He has written several books for children and younger readers, which have won him numerous awards. 2003 saw the appearance of his psycho-thriller Du bist zu schnell, which is currently in the process of being made into a movie. Drvenkar also co-wrote the script for the movie Knallhart with Gregor Tessnow, on whose novel it was based; the film was directed by Detlev Buck and released in 2006.

His latest novel, Sorry, immediately entered the bestseller list and the most prestigious best of crime list in Germany, the Krimi-Welt-Bestenliste, something which rarely happens with new books.
